Steps to Setup ManyChat:

1. Have a ManyChat Pro Account – use code MAMZ to upgrade to 1 month of ManyChat Pro for free
2. Generate ManyChat API and connect to Easybot
3. Enable ManyChat SMS & Email
4. Enable autobilling for ManyChat SMS & Email
