Configuring your Welcome Message and Default Reply

There are two automations that we recommend that you configure in any ManyChat installation, which will give your chatbot basic responses in case your subscribers get off script or come in to the bot from your main Facebook page.

  • the Welcome Message
  • the Default Reply
