Facebook ad link clicks do not equal campaign subscribers, so if you’re seeing link clicks, but not as many subscribers in your campaign, here are some things to check to optimize your conversion rates:
- First always make sure the ad and campaign are connected correctly. You can do this by testing the ads in your Facebook newsfeed and clicking on the ad itself to make sure the campaign opens / is triggered. (take note this is not the normal user experience. They will have different steps then you do because you’re already opted into your campaign).
- Add “Opens in Messenger” to the ad copy and descriptions in your ads
- Make sure you have “Greeting Text” for your Messenger account by going to ManyChat –> Settings –> Messenger –> Greeting Text
- Optimize your Facebook ads so your campaigns spend money on the best performing ads (after 48 hrs of the ads running)
- Increase Facebook budget!
